MCL's manufacturing capabilities are unmatched by anyone in the power amplifier market. Our 124,000 square-foot production facility provides the arena for the complete manufacture of our amplifiers from start to finish. From cable assembly to board assembly to final assembly, MCL has total control over all aspects of the manufacturing process.
A stringent quality program encompasses all aspects of the manufacturing process. Starting with inspection of incoming parts and materials, through packing for shipment, we ensure that quality checks are completed throughout the manufacturing process. Additionally, each amplifier undergoes up to 20 production and quality tests before it leaves our facility. These and other quality programs ensure that our customers receive amplifiers that are unsurpassed in quality and reliability. MCL remains committed to maintaining our quality program to the highest levels that allow us to qualify to ISO9001, MIL-I-45208, "CE", & "CEE (Russia)".
